About Vertical Girls
Vertical Girls pole dancing invites you to Come Play!!!
Started by Jennifer Wheaton in 2006, Vertical Girls is bringing smiles, sensuality and
femininity into the fitness world by joining women together to support one another and
celebrate all things feminine.
Inspired by her love of movement, music and athleticism, Jennifer created Vertical Girls as
a means to infuse some feminine, fun into her fitness coaching career. Based on the
response from participants and quotes heard in classes...it worked. Women are often
heard giggling, cheering for one another and making statements such as:
"I look so hot doing that!"
"I had no idea my body could do this!"
"WHEEEEE!"
"I did it, I did it, I did it!"
"I feel like a kid when I'm upside down like that."
"That was so much fun."
"I've still got it."
"I just found a part of my womanhood that I thought was gone for good."
What started as a fun way to get into shape and have some fun with some girl friends has
transformed into a means to empower women and remind us of just how beautiful we are.
